I tried to ban someone with Raven and we banned him like 5+ times with other accounts and he wasn't banned D: anyone know why?

Were you using you accounts on the same computer?
I think it's only one ban for one person per IP. So say you were on your main mouse and you meant a random mouse called 'Nickname'.
He was hacking.
So you ban him with your one account with your sister. That's 2 bans. You go onto your other accounts on the same computer to ban him but it doesn't work.
That's because it's the same IP.
I think that was your problem.
